Jennifer Nicholas has more than fifteen years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality environments; including ski areas, high-end retail, hotels, restaurants, spa resorts, and golf courses from coast to coast. She is passionate about service and quality being differentiating factors that allow organizations to excel. Through her roles as a human resources professional, corporate trainer, organizational development consultant, and communications manager, Nicholas has helped organizations to take care of their most important asset: their employees. Her forte is engaging clients and seminar participants with humor, sincerity, open communication, and straightforward feedback.

Nicholas’s leadership as a director in both human resources and training helped properties where she worked to earn AAA’s five-diamond designation, as well as five stars from Mobil. During her recent tenure with the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa in California, the property underwent a $100 million renovation project and was recognized with a special “Innovative Work Practices” award from Ventura County. Their associate retraining and retention efforts were also the subject of an Inc. magazine profile. Nicholas was published in Pulse magazine highlighting Spa Ojai’s successful approach to employee risk management within their operation. She also opened and re-opened a four-diamond spa resort property in Telluride, Colorado, and served as the HR director at the five-star/five-diamond Little Nell hotel in Aspen.
