Alpern possesses in-depth knowledge and firsthand experience in renovating numerous full and select service Hilton, IHG, Carlson and Starwood Hotel Brands while at APMC. His ability to find a solution and effectively coordinate brand teams, investors, financial institutions, designers, architects, owners, operators and contractors sets the stage for low per-key costs on any PIP or reposition. Strict adherence to specific budgets and schedules, accompanied by the ability to ensure that a hotel maximizes it’s revenue during renovations, inspires hotel owners & note holders.
