Stephen Beck launched Strato Hotel Consultants after two decades in the hotel industry. His career has taken him across the globe, starting as a student in the Netherlands, where he studied culinary arts. He went on to hold key management roles with resorts in the South Pacific, and to domestic business class hotels in Washington, D.C.; Alexandria, Virginia; San Francisco, California; Bend, Oregon; and Anchorage, Alaska. As Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Hilton Hotels, Beck was responsible for 18 hotel assets throughout California and Nevada. Beck’s region included Hilton, Doubletree, and Hilton Garden Inn brands ranging in size from 100 to 1300 rooms.
