Suzie Swan is an exceptional Revenue Management Strategist who joins Strato Hotel Consultants with over 22 years in the industry. Swan’s career has taken her across the continent throughout the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean islands. Her background encompasses business class, urban, suburban leisure, boutique, casino, and resort properties from 2 to 5-plus star service levels.
Swan built her knowledge base during her 10 years with Marriott Hotels and Resorts. During her tenure, she directed sales at the elite St. Thomas resorts Marriott’s Frenchman’s Reef and Morning Star Beach Resorts, as well as at convention and suburban properties throughout the Eastern U.S.
Swan later gained multi-property oversight expertise in corporate-level positions. Again, she obtained insight into all types of markets. Swan worked with Outpost Hotels, where she formulated strategies for 13 properties out of Miami Beach, Florida; and also with Kerzner International Resorts Group, where she managed inventory for three prestigious leisure properties: Atlantis Paradise Island, One & Only Ocean Club, and Harborside Resort.
Swan eventually began to use her extensive background as an independent hotel consultant. Her portfolio includes several exquisite luxury resorts on the Turks and Caicos Island of Providenciales. There, Swan opened and maintains the revenue management for The Palms, and she works with The Sands at Grace Bay and The Somerset at Grace Bay.
